We approach our co-investments and investment partners with growth potential and longevity in mind. Our financial resources enable us to take advantage of organic and acquisition growth opportunities when they arise. We look to build long-term relationships with high-quality investment partners.

EXPERIENCED AND RESPONSIVE

We have a small, experienced team that can efficiently evaluate investment opportunities. Our three officers have 45 years of collective experience making direct private equity investments in middle-market companies. Our officers have completed more than 100 platform and follow-on direct private equity investments and have sat on more than 25 private company boards.
